I saw your posting and your looking for a property to pick up in Vegas? I have 1 Multifamily unit I am wholesaling plus I have a SFR in Pahrump that needs very little rehab. Pahrump is 45 minutes away from Vegas, its a good Buy N Hold property for someone. Let me know if your interested I can send you the info on these properties and any others we get under contract. What kind of properties are you looking for specifically? You want to Fix n Flip? Buy N Hold? Wholesale??

Thanks so much guys for your time and advice we are a team of three and as you know they say use OPM so that is why looking for what other possibilities there might be out there for us using OPM for our marketing and give a % back on their money for the loan. Maybe a HML is not the answer but what do you guys think about a PML? & if so where can we find a good network of them.
