Hello All,

I'm an investor (first purchase still pending) from Los Angeles, CA. I've been researching the Ohio market for about 6 months, even went out to tour the neighborhoods. This is the market I'd like to follow through with (due diligence, check). However, the people I've networked with and have talked to are either too busy or already doing their own thing. I was wondering if anyone on BP (preferably a Columbus local) is looking to partner? I'm hoping to mitigate risk by having eyes on the market.  If this sounds like a plan please don't hesitate to get in contact. :)

I was hoping to get your opinions on what kind of insurance coverage I should be looking for when dealing with rental properties.

I'm looking into buying properties in Wichita Falls, TX. I'm in the research phase of looking for prop. mgmt. companies to see if it is viable for me to buy-n-hold out there, seeing as I am from California. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience w. prop. mgmt. companies that I can contact to see what they're about. Any and all help is appreciated.
