if I am currently on forbearance on my home will it affect me on a future investment property ? and is forbearance only on your main property

I found online bi weekly mortgage payment with an extra payment calculator , by making my bi-weekly payment you will save 4.5 years on payments and just adding an extra $50.00 every two weeks I am able to save an extra 4.5 years dropping my 30 year mortgage to 21 years whats your goal.

Have money to invest undecided to start small 2 hrs away where houses are starting in the low twenty or partner up and start flipping

I am trying to get some cash together to by my second home my current home has about $38,000 in equity i have been told by several none investors i can raise my home equity instantly by getting solar panels now i am asking the pros please provide guidance my solar cost is about 40k over 20 years at a 4% with the government paying 30% of the cost by end of the year is this strategy worth persuing 

This house i am also currently house hacking 2 rooms paying 90% of my mortgage
