Please provide guidance have been house hacking for the past 4 years in the South East 

my home if I were to sell this week I would walk away with $100,000. my current idea would be to 

take the $100 k rent for 6 month and put 15K as a deposit on the next home. option 2 take out a HELOC

$20,000 and put as a deposit on the second home and rent my current home Please provide guidance . facts you need to know my property is in the area that has the highest Unenemployment of all florida we also have close to 3500 homes past 90 days on there Mortgage with an average of 900 people migrating per week and yes next to Disney My fear is will foreclosure affect my equity thanks again for your time

hello to all currently looking to buy some land in jacksonville the price is around $100,000  have around 22k would like to finance the rest 

can seem to find a lender without a dwelling build on the land any options out there

Currently have 30 k cash raise my limit on Home Depot to 18k have several wholesalers in the area that send me list of property daily in my market

Looking to brrrr my second while doing some of-the repairs my self  and several handy man that work in the industry  it seems every one  talks about having a system in place I guess i have to create my own  thanks again for your info
