@Christian Hansen Thanks! Unfortunately I don't have the hands on skills to install the unit. From a long term point of view, I would still prefer to have it installed professionally for warranty and liabilities purposes. Installing myself maybe cheaper but I wouldn't have any warranty and it would be illegal. (Due to me not having HVAC licenses and pulling a permit when installing them)

Hi my name is Raheem, I am a new investor looking to acquire properties in the Raleigh and northeastern area of North Carolina. My currently work as a Service Manager in the HVAC industry. However, I am interested in developing a real estate portfolio and doing that full time. I am open to network with other individuals who are like minded.

I agree with @Jiri B. when it comes to loans, definitely go with the smaller banks and credit unions.
