@Matt Moylan hey Matt, thanks for the information. I was told i had to have it based off me not giving all information. I’m covered with insurance I do have. I’m all squared away now.

@William C. I’ve been working in the HVAC industry the last six years. It sounds like this is the typical customer trying to get over. A leak in the coil is one of biggest repair expense there is. Of course they would look for every reason to find someone to blame instead of themselves.

Hey, I’m in the process of purchasing a lot in Garner. The insurance company that I normally use do not provide coverage for land only. Anybody mind sharing an insurance agent for land only? Your help is greatly appreciated

@John Jacobus hey, my father and I have a mobile home park in Fayetteville as well. We have used Craigslist to find used ones selling for a good price. Lately there has been low inventory up there so now we are leaning towards purchasing new ones. A couple of the mobile homes that was left there when the tenant left, we rehabbed. (two that was worth rehabbing)
