I am not an attorney but Eb5 require 10 full time job creation it doesn't need to have any specific type of business restrictions. I am trying to do a pull with few other investor here in California. But I don't think anyone did this earlier than me. I might be wrong. Happy to share whatever I know

Turnkey type of property all the major rehab is done new property throughout

PM me for photos

Incredibly low property taxes

Owner will carry financing with decent down payment. It might be a good opportunity for a person or a new guy to start a rental property or for a Seasoned investor to add it in the portfolio.

All yearly figure

Property tax $200

Property management $700

Insurance $700

Repair $1000

As of now, Zestimate for the property is around 60K It looks great

With a decent downpayment, you can make 15% yield(without counting appreciation ) on your money Please pm me in interested.

How was your experiance so far

Just curious if anyone invests there because I know the economy is not as good as Indy. I’m sure that there are longer vacancies and maybe not as much of a tenant base. But the houses sure are cheaper there. Just curious as to who’s in the area? Thank you!

I am doing lot of research on a similar topic. I am really surprised how this whole thing work. people are taking some risk as the typical investor but getting lot fewer returns. I am not able to figure out why.

I am planning to start one small project that might take EB5 money and give a decent return.
