Minna, 

It depends on how may properties you have.  If you have more than 1 properties, I would highly recommend to establish a system by using a software such as QuickBooks to save a lot of time and headache in the future. Some times you need to save details or a story behind some receipt to understand how your money was spend exactly. And as other mentioned above, please reconcile your receipts consistently every month so you do not need to play a guessing game.  Good luck.
