Well said @Chantel Porter Deals will always be there. Sometimes waiting and building a foundation is the best answer. It's amazing what five years of hustling and building your credit would do!

Hi @Savannah Arroyo,

Can you clarify a bit? Are you looking for a designer?

I ask because I run a website and maybe looking for the same answer soon.

I'm happy to let you know what I find.

Hi @David Damsgaard,

What search tools are you using? You can so some pretty decent cross-referencing with Zillow and a zipcode search. I'm happy to run the zip code if you like. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. There is no way around that. Finding a happy medium is the trick. Good luck!

Hi Malvern,

I found the most luck with my immediate family. Partnering with friends can be a challenge. But, if there is a strong bond and your friend is level-headed, it could work. What are you looking for in a partnership? Access to capital? To expand your reach outside your area?
