I am looking for HELOC on my rental property in south natamos. I tried a couple of banks mentioned in this thread, but they are not giving HELOC on investment property.

@Michael Williams thanks for the information. Mine is a 2020 build SFH. Does it come under rent control? ( I heard properties <15 years old don't come under rent control)

Please share property manager recommendations who can reasonably charge ( full service or tenant screening only). We ( a group of friends) have a couple of properties in the Roseville and Folsom area. Please DM me all your recommendations if you have any. Thanks.
