I went to Roseville yesterday and saw couple of homes (near to woodcreek oaks blvd by lennar very close to retail and fiddyment Rd lennar and jmc homes). How is this area ? How far this area is to offices and schools?

Hi @Simran Singh I am across this thread while searching the BP forums. Have you bought your rental yet? If yes, I would like to get some details offline. Please let me know. Thanks in advance

Hello all.. I am planning to buy rental property in Folsom ranch. I went there yesterday and saw couple of homes (kb homes, lennar, tripointe near to future dignity health). 3 bed and 2 bath approximately1638 sq ft around 600k. With this price there is no +ve cash flow (20% down payment and 3k rental per month). Since these homes are near to Intel and close proximity of dignity health center which will open in 2023 (hopefully will have good demand for rental). My goal property appreciation., is it good idea to buy it in Folsom? Or better to invest in Rocklin/Roseville/elk elk Grove?. I am already working with realtor and looking for others suggestions. Thanks in advance.

I have 30 yr fixed mortgage for 3.5$ APR. 25 yrs remaining on the loan. Since interest rates are dropping, is it good idea to refi for a lower rate? Any thoughts/suggestions. Thanks in advance

@Mike Reynolds thank you. Great explanation. I am looking for backyard and both sides of house. I can't DIY, so i got some quotes from different contractors 6.5$ sq ft. Since this is first property and dont have prior knowledge on these type of works, looking some help here to see whether this price is reasonable or not. Thanks
