Yes, Nothing can't be done, They didn't sign the lease. Hopefully that they still want to move to that place. (things happen) life goes on.

Ivan, I am a business loan broker, I don't think that will be the right thing to do. Maybe if you did your research on that lender. in short follow your gut, If you doubt something, don't do it. Hope that helps.
