Jarrett Bochniak house hacking is defiantly a great strategy to use when your getting started. I have personally done several and they have always been good buys for me. I would also suggest you try to find any investor group meet up or clubs in your area. Great way to learn more and networks with other investors. Wish you the best in your real estate journey.
