All that your concern about are very good points and thats great your thinking about everything like you are. Honestly I would need more detail or information to be able to specifically give you any good advice. But I can tell you that I would start attending any local meet up real estate investor group. You can learn so much from people that are already doing what you want to do. You will be able to build relationship that can be very helpful wen your a new investor.
