This month we have Collin with Character Exteriors teaching us about roofs. He will give us tips on what to look for and replacement cost.

We meet on the first Monday of every month.

If you're looking for an easy first step into real estate, this is your opportunity! If you're looking to grow your network of real estate professionals and deepen your real estate knowledge, this is ALSO your opportunity!

Grab a drink, dinner and we'll have an open discussion on real estate. Investing strategies, market trends, personal goals, haves/wants, and more will all be topics to cover.

We'll also be able to trade any referrals for Realtors, mortgage bankers, contractors, lawyers, accountants, etc. in case you're still working on building a team!

Join us as we evaluate properties and discuss rehab cost and real estate strategies. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to network and learn with like minded individuals who are taking action and growing their real estate investments.

What is a Property Krawl you ask? It's when you get together and view several properties. Why do we do this? My friend Jeremy and I wanted to find a way to be help our fellow Real Estate Investors transition from a student and becoming a practitioner. Experience first hand walking through properties with other like minded Investors. Sharing ideas and experiances. Getting access to properties and beginning to understand some of the process first hand. I am a licensed REALTOR and have been investing in real estate since 1999. Another thing we address is repairs. Most of the time what your looking at may require various repair that maybe your not conformable with or have any idea of cost and or time. Jeremy is a Licensed Builder. He has been Investing in Real Estate since 2007 and most of that time he has done it full time. We will add other professionals and continue to add value to the group. We plan on meeting at least once a month on a Saturday morning for breakfast at 8am. We will try to at least have 4 properties to view. Some of these will be single family and multi units. We will also try to get properties that are not listed on the MLS. We are doing this in Kalamazoo MI and surrounding areas. Join us as we evaluate properties and discuss rehab cost and real estate strategies. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to network and learn with like minded individuals who are taking action and growing their real estate investments.

@Scott V. The real question you should ask is what do you value the most and if you spend your money on this car how is this affect it. If you are happy with your life and happy where your at and this car brings you the most joy I guess you should but if your about to start your own business and that is what you value the most i would say save your money and give your self a goal that when you reach a certain level in your business then you reward yourself. But I would suggest that you find a way to have real estate pay for your car 😊.

@Account Closed I guess I did not communicate my thought correctly. I recommend she contact a property management company to gather more information on that particular market. They should be able to address her concerns and learn more about how other out of state investors might be buying in that market.
