I work with cash deals only!!! I cannot be assigned the contracts then assign them to you! It just doesnt work like that! If you have investors who are willing to buy dont let them walk. Lets work something out with them and all make money. Show me what you can bring to the table, some VESTED interest and I will see what I can do about getting you some contracts.

I wanted to know if anyone has free assigning contract that I could please use. To send to a seller. The next thing I would need help with is finding and investor. How would I go about's looking for one./ Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I worked at Ocwen as and REO manage we used Real Quest. It was a pretty neat system.

Where would I go to get more accurate comps for this property? Please let me know. Zillow actually tells you what house sold for and when they sold for around the property? Please let me know where I could get more accurate comps.

I have a property that they are asking $300K. approximate rehab costs are $100k for a total of $400k. This house was build in 1957 with 2417 sq feet on a main road. As you can till it needs extensive work. Zillow comps average sq feet price is $216 Eppraisal states the house is worth any from $515,000 to $689,000 I am trying to wholsale the deal. I was wondering if it is worth trying to find an investor. Also I am unable to find wholesale contracts if anyone knows where I could find some it would be greatly appreciated. The other catch is that the seller will only give me 7 days to find a investor. Please let me know what you think.
