It's going relatively well. It works for a number of reasons. All of my family is back that way and Im also single. I have the time to handle it and due to the Coronavirus, I'm generally at home.

I ended up going with an older guy named Joe Fisher but due to the type of tenant I ended up with I'm just self-managing.

Richmond Construction Group also does work in that area and works with a lot of investors. I'm working with them out in the county and elsewhere in the city.

Perhaps it might be more beneficial to hear why some investors have chosen certain areas for investing purposes based on whatever investing theories they've formed. I think most of us realize that Baltimore presents a significant amount of areas for investment but I would like to understand why some of the investors are choosing some areas as opposed to others. I realize some of the investors view this as confidential/protected information so thank you in advance to anyone who is willing to share.

Thanks @Justin Lanciault I'm looking at Norfolk Avenue for some BRRRR investing focused on Section 8 tenants.

I'm looking at purchasing rental properties in 21216 and I see that some have advised not to do so. My follow-on question is what makes this area unappealing. The prices seems relatively attractive and I am able to get financing for a BRRRR. Are there other zip codes that I should be focused on? I heard this area was prime for opportunity assuming you have the right construction team.

Hey all,
I'm looking for property manager recommendations that currently service properties in the city of Richmond, CA. I have a single unit house in the city that I'm looking to rent out in the mid to late September timeframe. Thank you all very much in advance.
Best,
