I have a few cash buyers in Atlanta but I'm looking for more buyers. Right now I am focusing on wholesaling. I was wondering are there any buyers who buy commercial properties in Raleigh, NC or any of the surrounding areas?

@Adam Schneider I'm trying to get cash buyers lined up. I'm not really marketing them. Im not giving details on one of them. The other one I can give details but only through private message. I have been asked by the other wholesaler not to market the property but let buyers know about it. I'm going to respect their request during this process.

I have a lead that Im trying to find a buyer for and also a potential lead that I am about to have under contract. Im in the process of getting the owner to sign the contract and return it to me. I will NOT give any details on the property until I have that contract signed and returned from the seller.

If you are interested in either property and want the deals on the deal Im trying to find a buyer for let me know! Send me a message. I won't be posting the details on the forum. 

I don't think these properties will last long. Im just trying to offer the property to those who aren't on my cash buyers list!
