Hey Steve, Its either me posting it or somebody on my partners team. I have been the one posting it craigslist for sure.The seller has a family emergency  and needs to sell. The property is free and clear of any mortgages. 

The exterior does need a little work. The property is currently being rented out but as soon as we find a buyer they are going to move out.

I have one deal that needs a good amount of work be it has potential. I have another deal that's rental ready! It has already been updated and doesn't need any work. It just needs a buyer.

I have beautiful investment property in Saratoga Springs, NY. It's about 40 minutes away from Albany, NY. This property looks great! Very nice on the inside.

I just need some more information about the market in this area, so that I can find a buyer for it. 

Can anyone give me information about the markets in Saratoga Springs as well as Albany.

I have a great potential rental property in Fayetteville, NC. How is the market down in Fayetteville? The property is not far from downtown Fayetteville. The property has great potential to be very nice!
