I am looking to add some more active buyers to my buyers list. I am seeking deals in Raleigh, Durham, and Greensboro. I don't want any investors that I don't know to miss out on potential deals.

@Randy E. Okay thanks for the input! I understand. I want to make it a great deal so people will want to look into it. I won't even lock it up if I can get the numbers to work out great. In a small area like this I need the numbers to work so that it will bring out buyers from other areas. 

Somebody inherited a property and just wants to get rid of it. We will see what happens.

Is Oxford an area where investors are looking to do business?

Are there any buyers who invest in Oxford, NC ? It a smaller town outside of Durham,NC not too far from Raleigh, NC.

I'm just trying to gain information in that area to see if anybody is doing deals in that area.

If you'll could please give me any feedback on Oxford, NC it would be greatly appreciated.
