I don't like the "hidden forums."

The old way was much better.

Click on the forums link, scroll down the page, and see what was posted since my last visit.

New way: Multiple clicks to see if anything new was posted, is not an improvement.

Why hide information, interesting posts, etc?

I purchased a rehab from an estate.
1200 square feet.
5 Rooms, with a basement, and a garage.
This "hoarder" had newspapers, books, trash, etc., piled everywhere.
We could not walk through the house, we had to walk on top of the trash!
7 Dumpsters later, we could finally walk through the house.

Rehabbers: Cold weather: What temperature do you set your thermostat at, to protect your property?

This past weekend, the temperature dropped into the high 30's.

The job is 99% done, will be listed for sale shortly.

Thank you for your help.

If you can afford to, make arrangements to use your week.
While your at the resort, try and sell it to any of the vacationers/owners, at a huge discount to the normal selling price.

Do you still owe money on the timeshare?

If not, donate it to an organization of your choice.
Some will take it, and some will not.

Good luck!

Please note:
Any prices that I quote, are probably high, as I live in Ct.

I'm involved in a complete rehab.
Removed everything, right down to the studs.

Needed about 110 sheets of sheet rock installed, including a cathedral ceiling.

One quote: $1200.
Another quote $1300.
Advertised on Craigslist,
received a quote for $900., from a licensed, insured sheet rock installer.

This was for the install only, did not include the taping, etc.
