Post: How can I help my friend/coworker in her home honeypot

Hello,

So I have not started my real estate journey. I have been the person who really wants to do this but stuck in the analysis/paralysis zone.

But I believe I have an opportunity to help out a friend coworker of mine who has come across a "money pit" a home she purchased. Each new problem is just making me think there has to be a way out of this for her.
Asking for advice or creative ways to help her in this situation. I think she needs to let this home go but give her an avenue to get into a better home.
Thank you for your attention to this and I feel like this could be the break I needed to get into investing.

Hi Troy, I am too going through the same but like they say stay strong and persistent. I was a bit thrown off when I’ve heard couple voicemails. It’s sorta funny when they say stop calling them but yet it’s the mailer they got, I didn’t call them.

Hello @Bernadette Logan, Welcome!  So much information on here.  I'll be starting here soon, just trying to do what I can as I have a full time job still.

Reach out if you need to.

Nice to meet you!

Thanks guys @Tim Zomermaand, @Bruce Ellerd, and @Shawn Ackerman, hope to connect with you all in the future.  I envision a very successful future in real estate.  I can say right now, learning the wholesaling part, I am in a major analysis/paralysis mode.  I'm so ready!!

Greetings, my name is Rayetta and I am from New Mexico, residing in Albuquerque the last 27 years. I have no experience in Real Estate but I have been reading/sleeping/dreaming real estate. My career has been in the electronics industry for the last 18 years, working as an electronics technician. My goals is to start off in wholesaling and get enough to start my own buy and holds, joint ventures, and the BRRRR method. I began listening to biggerpockets about a year in a half ago and got through 200 podcasts listening daily in 4 months. That for me is an accomplishment in itself. :-) I'm working with Tom Krol and his program, the wholesaling part of Real Estate. Hope to connect with more people here in New Mexico.

Hello Guy Gemmer,

I'm getting started in wholesaling and I need to have my assignment of contract reviewed.  And any other direct mailing I send out.

Thanks
