As a real estate investor I'm sure there will come a time when an eviction is warranted. Should one use a property manager to handle the eviction, or use their own attorney to handle the eviction?

Thanks for sharing that info. While the tax exempt stuff sounds foreign to me, it definitely sounds like something worth looking into. I would need a PM being that I'm investing from long distance.
