Thank you Richard for sharing your experience with the program, Freedom Logic by Sean Terry. I am very interested in partnering with possibly some of his group and his course. I don't remember Sean Terry ever saying that Wholesaling was easy. In fact, from a number of his pod cast he states that it is a numbers game and requires a lot of time, effort and a lot of energy. He also states that without leads (buyers & seller) constantly coming in, you will not succeed in this game of Wholesaling. I believe Sean states that for every 25 leads you MAY get 1 deal or not!!!! You get the idea marketing is not for the faint of heart. Sean speaks of various methods to constantly use to market and will let you know the methods that will save you man power, however, can cost you big money. Jean also shares the methods that don't cost you money and/or a lot, however, will require a LOT of YOUR manpower "time". Sean addresses a market of folks that really no longer want to be 9 to 5 people. I can certainly appreciate you not being very happy with the dripping, if you will, the releasing of the modules, however, this is what was told would happen, as a result of that particular purchase price. While you really did not need all of that beginning stuff, there are persons that actually do and unfortunately at the lowest price, one is not able to skip to their comfort module. I am very interested in the real estate investment soft ware that Jean offers through his program, after all, it's about getting those leads both buyer and seller, that the business of wholesaling thrives and being able to get information and give accurate information quickly. Of course being organized is really important and I know I certainly could use a good method for keeping up with leads etc. Is there anyone that has actually used the Freedom Logic soft ware? Love to hear your experience with it. Thanks for sharing Richard and I certainly wish you and your wife the very best.

Hi, I am looking to possibly get a contract from a developer that has unfinished condo's/apts. From the look of things, I thinking he may have run out of cash. Need to get tips on how to make the approach. I have found the property info. from the county successors office and I know the company behind the project. Not sure just how to go about contacting the person in charge and how to put the possible deal together depending on the details. This would be bigggg!!!! Love to hear from our community with ideas/thoughts.

Hi everyone, I just was told about Nathan & Chris's program for "short sales". This is of course 2013 and things have changed since 2009-12. I liked the "virtual aspects" of the program. Not having to deal with buyers, real estate agents, BPO'S direct, as they all do their parts for the deal to go through. Wondering, is there anyone that was a part of the post still doing the "short sale" thing utilizing the program? I am a newbie. It sounds too good to be true. Love to hear from you!!! Rea

Has anyone a part of BiggerPockets, been mentored by coach Pat Martin? He has an expensive course earning cash from the banks, using "in lieu of" deals. I am a newbie and I wanted to run this by our family? I cannot afford his course, however, I was hoping someone here would be able to shed some light on this niche. Coach Martin states it is all legal and it offers cash when perhaps there is nothing else you can do for that sells lead.
