About Frances Nguyen - Frances Nguyen is a multi-family investor in Washington and Arizona. Before her real estate investing journey, she received a Masters Degree in Public Health (graduated Summa Cum Laude) and was a senior level Safety, Health and Wellness Manager. She was one of the youngest Senior managers at Amazon.
She started her investing journey with Single Family Homes and then transitioned to Multi-family and currently owns 25 doors. In addition to investing, she is co-founder of the 10X Real Estate Group which has a national following and hold local meetups in Washington State. She is also a top-producing lender in her company with creative financing strategies and likes to think "outside the box".
Frances is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, lender, traveler, food connoisseur and influencer. She has a large social media presence, with some of her tiktok videos having gone viral.
During her off time, she likes to travel, cook and garden, as well as giving back to the community. Next week, she will be heading to Washington DC to speak to Congresswoman Kim Schrier to advocate for home ownership in underserved communities.
