Last week there was I believe 18-22 people (I didn't take an exact count).  That's a long drive but if you were to come, you may as well possibly spend the night and go to some FFREIA meetings, which happen to always meet on Thursdays.  Just a thought!

Please save the date for next month:  Wednesday April 8th at Johnny's Irish Pub on Culver Rd starting at 7pm.  It's a great opportunity to meet like-minded investors right when the real estate season is starting to finally pick up!
