I was recently asked by a Client, who owns a few acres of land in Greensboro, NC and is thinking of putting Mobile Homes on part of it. Are mobile homes in North Carolina a good investment or not?  And state why or why not?  Please be totally honest with your response. I don't want to steer my Client wrong, thank you. 

@Michael Nijhawan When I first started out as a Realtor, being a Listing Agent was my goal, but I started getting so many requests from Buyers that I did most of my business with them. 

@Toby Khan As a Realtor, I use business cards regularly but, I don't purchase a large quantity of them. For anyone that doesn't want a physical card but is interested in doing business with me, I have them take a photo of my card with their phones. That way they have a digital copy of my card on their phones.

@Russell Brazil That makes sense, but I didn't know the statistics for the failure rate was so high. I can understand it though. I've been an Agent for a year but working more toward the personal Investing side. It's been challenging getting my retail side Buyer Clients to move forward now due to their job furloughs and financial uncertainty. 

@Russell Brazil Why does the number of Agents decrease so significantly?  Do they totally get out of the Real Estate business or do they just pause their number of transactions to wait out the market? Thank you in advance for your reply. 

@Joe Aiola   Hi Joe!  Thank you for your input.  Yes, I did add my photo to my business cards but now have to change the whole lot of them because I just changed Brokerages :)
