I agree with you guys 100% Im a new investor and recently joined the SJREIA and already gained a wealth of knwledge. Hey Stephen I wasnt able to stay after the last meeting but I definately wanted to chat with you regarding buy an holds in Trenton. Ill send you a message shortly.

Great insight Brandon! I probably wasn't clear on what Im looking for, I basically need advice on tax strategies. I would think using a CPA in my area would be best but I am fairly new to all of this and learning as we go. If you can assist and point me in the right direction that would be great!
