New to bigger pockets, so a little late to the party! If any of you have any questions or need some contacts, let me know. We eat, sleep and breathe this business. Good luck!

Our ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously, keep quality high and costs down, puts us in a league of our own.

Soon, we will be expanding from the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area to new areas including the Twin Cities. But we are always growing and looking for new relationships in Dallas / Fort Worth.

Visit our website, give us a call, email, text. Thanks!

@Todd Dexheimer That's interesting and very good to know. Can you give me an example of a deal you've experienced where it didn't make sense to have someone GC the project?

Let's get in touch Joseph, I think you would like the way we work. Thanks for the info, Todd. I'll look into some area groups to get involved with.

It would seem as though the pricing isn't all too different in regards to the trades and the market. Is this an accurate assessment?

We have a successful rehab company in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas and are looking to expand and open a branch in the Minneapolis/St Paul Minnesota area.

How much different is the market? Are there flippers looking for high quality/low price GC's in the twin cities?  Are there wholesalers in the area? Can you lend any advice applicable to our situation?

Thanks!
