Hey David, we'd be happy to help you make a smart entrance into the industry. We help our clients find deals, execute rehabs and provide a product that typically goes under contract quickly. We are much more than just a contractor, we're invested in the clients and the deals. And we're an open book of information. Reach out if you need anything at all!

We have openings for new clients currently as we only have 7 rehabs going. Our capacity is 12-15. We have references, pictures, etc. And we exclusively do rehabs, whether they be for ourselves or fellow investors. We eat, sleep and breathe this industry.  We're also an open book for advice to anyone who needs it.

@Kyle Strouse I couldn't agree more. That's too much for what you're getting, and you should be getting a clear and concise bid, promptly and professionally.

@Victor Mondragon I would definitely suggest you keep on the hunt. Or call a home builder locally. You should be in the 75k range turnkey. But, given the supply and demand factor down in that area, I could see 90k on the top end. But very nicely done as well.

Also - off topic - A couple of weeks ago I checked out some of your projects on your website and I like the work you do. Way to be. :)

Hey Cory, thank you for the info and the compliments. If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to reach out!

I'm sure there's a better place to ask this, but I follow the DFW forums and prefer to talk locally. Because I am a rehabber with a desire to learn more about the other side of the business, what is a BRRRR?

@Antoine Martel thank you for some solid advice. I too like to grow slowly until it's honed and then turn up the volume.

@Matthew Teifke thank you for opening up a line of communication. I'll reach out when the time comes.
