*****ATTENTION REAL ESTATE INVESTORS*****
--SAVE 20-40% ON OFF-MARKET, DISCOUNTED PROPERTIES--

Go to  to receive exclusive updates on discounted OFF-MARKET properties in TEXAS, OKLAHOMA, or Other Surrounding States.

Through our marketing campaigns, we are getting contacted about a lot of properties that do not fit our own buying portfolio, and more then we could ever buy ourselves.  We sell our own properties sometimes, and whenever we locate properties that do not fit our portfolio, we pass those leads on FREE of charge, to other accredited real estate investors. We DO NOT charge for this service.

We ARE NOT Brokers or Agents and only market properties for sale that we actually own ourselves and have equitable interest. Otherwise, we just forward any leads on off-market properties that we are contacted about, that do not meet our portfolios.

*This is not a solicitation or offer of securities. Only accredited investors should consider investing in real estate and should do their own due diligence prior to any investment.

I recently spoke to someone who said they were using a credit card with 0% introductory interest for 18 months to get started doing flipping.  They said it allowed them to leverage their funds.  Made more sense then using LoC and paying interest.  But I have no experience myself doing this.

Just jump in!!  The best way to learn is hands on experience.  In my opinion too many people set back for far too long worried about learning every little thing before getting started.  Maybe find a cheap 1st deal and partner on it with someone with a little more experience on your first deal.  Believe me, if you locate a good deal, you won't have a problem finding many people willing to partner on it with you. But just jump in and swim with the sharks!!  What I did starting off was buy a very cheap deal for my first flip, one that wasn't a lot of risk and learned a lot from it while making a decent profit.  Now I'm flipping an average of two properties per month.  But in my opinion, the most I learned was the hands on experience.  Best of Success!!

Post: How to setup Holding and Subsidiary LLC bank accounts

I have a holding company LLC as well and a few other LLC's underneath as operating companies with the holding co being the "sole member" of the operating LLC's as you've described. My bank did this with no problem. Now they will require your SSN as the "signer" on the bank account, which would be required by every signer on the account, but the account should be listed under the LLC's EIN, not your SSN. Even your holding co account should be under an EIN, not SSN. At least that's the way mine are all set up. They will probably require all the articles of organization and EIN paperwork proving everything is legit.

All these "guru" programs are usually a total waste of money that you could use to invest in properties instead.  I looked into several and considered paying the money, but instead opted to investing in myself instead and it worked out well.  You can learn everything for free by doing your own research and asking a lot of questions.  Just my 2 cents!!

There are deals out there for sure in our great state of OklaHOMEa!!  You just have to expand your search or work with others who are locating more then they can purchase themselves.  Good luck and let me know if I can ever help in any way.
