Charmcity Cabinetry in Baltimore has very nice cabinets, works with a lot of investors, even though New jersey is a bit far, they do delivery to New jersey once I week.

‪(443) 574-6876‬ give them a call

Thx Ozzy!

I'm renovating a 2 family house and need to buy 2 kitchens.  The house is in Newark NJ and it will be a buy and hold.  I'm looking for economical but sturdy kitchen cabinets.  Any suggestions besides Home Depot and Loews?

Hi Everyone,

I have a 2 family gut reno to do.  I have about 25 windows to replace.  I am going to hire a general contractor.

Should I expect them to install the windows (add to my sow)

Should I get quotes from window installers?  If so Any reco's for window installers in NJ?

I called up Lowes and Home Depot and the cost is almost $30k for the windows and installation.

Thx

Quote from @Ben Trageser:

@Rene Bee reccomend Centanni Plumbing out of East Hanover. They’re all volunteer firefighters in Newark too. Nice guys. His uncle is a registered electrican too so they all work together. Just had them help with a multi family with some extensive wiring issues. You can tell them I sent you.

 Thank you!
