Congrats Mary!

I am currently a JV on a deal but have a partnership with someone else entirely. We are the money portion and the other party is the sweat contributor. What market are you in?

How has your experience been with Private Lending? I am looking to do that next.

I think they have both online and courthouse auctions.

Can you post on realtor.com, have access to the MLS, BP Marketplace.

If so, what was your experience? What fees are associated with this?

I believe Vegas is a SF market as the small MF are not in good areas. I'm sure @Stephan Kraus would  be able to speak to what areas/communities hold rents etc.
