Just curious why you decided on 60/40 versus 50/50?

I am currently looking into a Series LLC and along with that, exploring the states that offer it.

If you have a series LLC in Delaware, what made you go with Delaware as opposed to another state?

Good question, I think many are wondering the same thing: Do I start a new LLC for each property or use a Series LLC? For those of us in CA that means $800 per LLC.
