Hey, I was taught pimps and ho's and gang bangers gotta live somewhere too. Sometimes you have to get in where you fit in. Then when those "scary" areas become gentrified... Shrugs shoulders.

Congratulations on passing the CA real estate exam. One of life's great self accomplishments.
Perhaps @Renee Harris can assist as she's a season agent in the Los Angeles area..
Good luck...
Tyler, I would try Keller Williams. In LA they are offering new agents decent training for $60 a month.

In Los Angeles you can now sell or buy an ADU. Anyone have any knowledge or experience with this? What are some of the potential pros and cons of a homeowner selling their ADU? https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml...
Does it create an easement? I would think it would lower the main residences value. Thoughts?

Hi,
I hope this helps someone. Every time I have a big house for lease anything 4/3 and over foster care living owners, sober living owners and assisted living owners have reached out to me. I guess I am saying if it's big, just list it and put in the listing that you would like to lease to Assisted Care Facilities. Which I don't do and I still get them coming sometimes.
