Thanks to everyone who participated in our Swag & Tag $5000 giveaway at BPCON23! Our winner this year is Logan Reinard. Logan is a real estate investor from Ohio who is focused on building a real estate empire with his family.

Logan’s Story

We started investing in real estate in October 2020 with a $35k duplex. We put a lot of sweat and equity into that building with some help from family and friends. After we filled the duplex with amazing tenants and started making a profit, I started buying more real estate with my dad and private money partners.

My wife and I, along with our amazing partners, now own 23 doors consisting of SFH, duplexes, a 5 plex, one 6 plex, and a commercial building that has an amazing coffee shop in it called Nova Coffee Co. which I started with my brother in 2018.

Now, I focus on real estate and continue to purchase more buy-and-hold properties, more MTRs, flips, and our new business SIMPLE SALE LLC. which is geared towards marketing to distressed property owners for wholesale and a stronger pipeline of deals. The future is TBD but I know that this is the direction we will continue. We want to invest our time and resources to build wealth for our family today and, hopefully, for future generations.

Congratulations, Logan, on your win!

Quote from @Rick Richard:

I subscribed to rentredi 4 months ago, to market, then collect rent on a single family home.  Marketing went well, with it being pushed out to realtor.com, etc.   We got the tenant through rentredi/realtor.com.   However, not trying to set up autopay through rentredi has been a nightmare.  Clunky website, almost nonexistant online support is making me to find a new rent payment site.

@Rick Richard Please feel free to reach out to us using the blue chat button, email, or give us call. We are happy to help assist you with any issues you're having!

I have asked our Head of Support, Tyson, to reach out directly to you and get this cleared up.

That should not have happened and I will address this immediately.
