Post: Best source to follow mortgage rates ???

What site/stat and source do you use to “track” the mortgage rate  market/climate?

I don’t want to buy a mortgage, I just want to FOLLOW the rates/market on a non-biased website.

Hard to navigate past the click-bait for refi-applications with fake rates.  I miss the old Bankrate.com!!!

@Yuriy Skripnichenko thank you! We should connect some time. I’m ready for whichever way the market goes, just glad there is a disruption!

Hi Justin.  Smartest approach I’ve seen from a beginner investor in a long time. I HOPE you’re not just a wannabe wholesaler looking for leads!

Hit me up, we can share goals and see if there’s a way to help each other. I can intro you to my mentor as well.

Best of luck,

Tim

Buy single family in cheaper side of Port Richmond. Convert to duplex. Easily done for 150k all in.  Rent each floor for 900.  Appreciation already happening in area (it’s along the market frankford subway line)

I can represent you if you’d like. DM if interested.

Great job on the 60k figure.  Not easy to do a gut rehab of that size for that budget. Let’s talk about your next project!

Marc... why is the rent only 1200 in grays ferry? For a brand new rehab you should be getting 1500.

L and I does nothing in terms of electrical requirements. Any electrician telling you that you need upgrades is lying. I’ve bought many properties in this condition and been mislead by many an electrician trying to sell upgrades that aren’t required. Knowledge is power!  Inbox me for specifics if you need help.
