No, I didn't do any of the work, but the quote wasn't itemized that way. I will request an invoice for "Tenant Damage" Thanks!

Thanks for the response!
There were so many holes on so many walls it was actually easier to patch them and paint the entire wall instead of attempting to match paint 3-5 times on each wall. Paint looked great (in areas that didn't have any holes) so no, we wouldn't have needed to paint anything other than the holes they put everywhere.
How to figure the repair cost of the multiple wall, baseboard holes is what I can't seem to find a way to do.

Tenant moved out and left countless large wall and nail holes / baseboard damage / drywall tears due to adhesive removal, etc. I had to paint the entire house due of the multiple areas of damage.
How do I calculate the tenant's monetary responsibility of wall damages which required drywall repair and painting from the total invoice cost?

Quote from @Patrick Liska:
Post it on their door with pictures, have a witness with you and in the pictures along with the date, in case you need to evict you have proof you tried everything, you have the receipt for sending certified and that, the only thing left is to see if the police would be willing to deliver it, may be a fee from them to do that if they are willing too.

Tenant's lease terms/ends in 35 days but they refuse to sign for the certified 30-day notice to vacate property which was sent certified mail and overnight. If they "don't receive the 30-day notice" from the landlord the lease may allow them a month-to-month tenancy at the conclusion of the lease. Can they claim they never received notice if they refuse to sign for documents that were sent to them?

Any recommendations if tenant refuses to sign for the certified 30-day notice from the landlord?
