For the SEO aspect of your website. Make sure you focus on using the google webmaster tools. The domain name doesn't really matter as long as you are adding value to the internet you will be found. Depending on what platform your using I recommend Wordpress. Build it to your liking and you have to focus on marketing online and offline. This will help your SEO tremendously. The best thing you can do is network and meet with people. Take your time and work on finding the best deal where the numbers make sense to you. Real Estate is an interesting yet competitive marketplace so opportunities present themselves in all shapes and sizes. Take advantage of Biggerpockets.com podcast and the abundance of information that is available on this site. This is a great resource to learn how to create income through real estate. Jump in and start learning and networking.

They usually want to see at least 2 years of consistent work history. But I believe you should be good if you have excellent credit. Just make sure you work with a good broker to help you. The only thing you have to make sure is your debt to income ratio is decent.

I found this unit on homepath and I need some help not sure on exactly how to go about it. I would eventually like get into the rental properties aspect also bUT I know it will take sometime. But if you have any recommendations I am open to your professional advice.

My name is Ricardo Charles and I am very interested and excited about Real Estate I realize there are so many opportunities. I just want surround myself with some great people. I recently found bigger pockets on my internet exploration and research and I find myself wanting to do more with Real Estate.
