Post: Looking for a Great Inspector in Katy Texas

Hi all,
Thanks to all of you for your recommendations. The inspector that I hired saved me over $60,000 of cost avoidance. The property condition was grossly misrepresented and clearly not the deal I was looking for. I'm glad that I had the 10 days option.
It was great learning experience and still looking for my first property!
Best regards

Thank you, Mike, for your great answer. Indeed I'm keeping my financials separate from the LLC. Also, I always have carried a $1M liability umbrella policy.
Do you have to refinance the loan after a month or two to move it into the LLC? Do you incur new closing costs? Or Are you able to move the mortgage to the LLC? Please, If you want to share with me, What is the process you follow to move your Morgage into the LLC?
I will check Mark J. Kohler!
Thank you so much and best regards,
Ricardo

Please advise
I’m in the process of buying a property with tenants. The lease expiration date is Oct 2022. What can I do to make sure there are no issues with tenants at all? The seller said they are current and that they are great tenants. For me, that is not enough.

Please, looking for advice. For example, Can I use the LLC's bank accounts to maintain and run new property financial books?
I'm a rookie in the process of acquiring my first property in Katy, TX. Closing date Sept 3rd! I formed a new LLC, but I'm buying the property with a conventional personal loan. Since getting a new loan for investment property under a new LLC is complex, the property mortgage will be in my name, not in the LLC.
Should anything else related to the new property be run under the LLC? Again, that will help LLC build the credit line for future acquisitions of properties even if the property itself is not under the LLC name.
Your advice, comment, and guidance are much appreciated and welcome.
Thank you,
Ricardo Garcia

Hi All,
I'm totally new to Real State. As Brandon always said, you just need to go for it. My offer for a single-family home was just accepted. The best part is that I'm clueless and this is my first property.
Any recommendation for a home inspector and contractor is welcome. Also, any help is much appreciated. I'm a little scared, to be honest.
Best regards,
Ricardo Garcia
