@David M. that actually does help a lot! thanks for taking the time!

@Jon Schwartz:   Congrats on making it that far man! I was also considering eXp but I've heard great things about Keller Williams and their training program. but we'll see. how's the training with eXp?

and i had noticed that there was availability until Sept for LA county but that is now gone. there is still availability for Sept in San Diego, if you want to drive. but i can't even make an appointment because they haven't processed my application yet, I sent it back in 06/29/20 :( here is a link where you can check Live what is available: https://secure.dre.ca.gov/PublicASP/CurrentExams.asp

Thanks Sergio, they are located in Northridge, CA right? how about being only Part time? you see that being an issues with them?

@Erica Calvo thanks for your suggestion!! is this who you mean: John Aaroe Group Real Estate? are you an agent yourself?

Hi! I'm working on getting my license in CA, i live in Glendale and have completed 100 hrs out of the 135 hrs required. I currently have a full time job and I want to start as an agent part time for now. The question is; which brokers are best for me to consider? that will allow me to start as a part timer and that have competitive training for a newbie like me?

thanks in advance for your help!

hey Francisco, I live in Anaheim and I'm working on getting my RE license. we have some of the same interests about Multifamilies. we should meet up and pick each other's brains some time.
