talking on the phone is not the fear. But I know for me the fear comes from lack of knowledge on the topic. Learn what you are selling and the fear will decrease.

Hope this is the right form for this question. I am in the Fort Worth, TX area and have printed out the wholesale contract and assignment contracts from the files on BP. I am looking for a good attorney in my area before proceeding.

Is there any different tactic to putting in offers on expired listings then with any other wholesale deal?
