If you don't have time RE really isn't for you....

If you wanna plop down money and have it earn for you without doing much work and is something you can do online try an ETrade account and some mutual funds.

Like the above poster said you can probably get them to hold a month with a month's rent as a fee but probably not from now til Jan without paying the full 3 months rent.

Wow, great work. All in all it looks like you added a massive amount of value without spending too much money at all. Looks like you got a lot of bang for your buck. Please do post the time it took and cost breakdown if you can for us wannabes.
