A friend of mine started a company, EcoSystems, to address these types of issues -- they are nationwide now and can handle install, etc.

They install water and energy solutions -- aerators, low flow toilets, and other things to combat expenses...take a look into them if you have time.

@Stephen Brown I have a contact in Charleston that you can chat with to see if they are a good fit for one another...I will send you their info via PM now. Very experienced in the area, and they offer half their commissions back on the buy side -- which certainly doesn't hurt.

Hey there,

I am looking to connect with some folks with experience in the foreclosure and preforeclosure world as I am looking to explore outreach to folks in the aforementioned status as it relates to their homes.

I'm certain there are a few folks with experience here and I'd love to chat...feel free to reply here or shoot me a direct message!

Thanks

Richard

Hey @Evanson Michel, I work in business development for a RE company and we may be able to help (not me personally).
I am also an investor, and I’m looking to diversify some more of my portfolio into a more stable market as most of my property is in Miami, Fl.

Shoot me a personal message and we can chat…love talking real estate and I'm happy to help anyway I can!

Hey there,

I am an investor, primarily in Multifamily -- most of my portfolio being in South Florida...

With that said, I am looking to pull out of the market here, slowly, and head to the PNW as risk is lower than it is here (rising sea level, hurricanes, and overall expenses are brutal), and I would love to network.

Otherwise, I work as a director of business development for a company with an office in Washington, and I am  getting ready to launch a meet-up -- virtually to start, with local breweries meetups, etc. down the road.

I am happy to discuss and exchange ideas, info, and my experience, so feel free to shoot me a message and we can jump on a call.

Richard
