We regularly discuss topics like how to find opportunities, how to structure the fund and where to go for buyers. It's pretty awesome if you're looking for local support/community. Thank you @Joe Delia for following up with @Ben D. on this topic. I too was curious which banks offer HELOCS on rentals. This post is over 3 years old now. Are there any other banks offering decent rates on rentals now? Thanks guys, Rick

I've been using ZOHO for years. It's pretty powerful and their support system is very good. I've never used Podio. Just saying I've had a great experience with ZOHO. 

I'm looking for a good/local Insurance Agent as well as an Attorney to help me with my contracts.
