Will do Tim. Our group is small but involved in a great deal of transactions. At our core is a focus on REI education and financial IQ. That's why I love BP so much.

Hey Kirsten,
Welcome to BP. There are some awesome meetup groups in Sacramento. I happen to be involved in one that meets every Wednesday. We regularly discuss topics like how to find opportunities, how to structure the fund and where to go for buyers. It's pretty awesome if you're looking for local support/community. I'll inbox you the details ok.
Cheers,
Rick
Hey, does anybody know a good GC in SF.

Thank you @Joe Delia for following up with @Ben D. on this topic. I too was curious which banks offer HELOCS on rentals. This post is over 3 years old now. Are there any other banks offering decent rates on rentals now? Thanks guys, Rick

Hey Shonnie,
Our group is meeting this Saturday in Roseville. The topic is wholesaling. You might get some valuable information (or at least make some valuable connections). The address is 4366 Auburn Road, Sacramento - inbox me if you can make it so I can put you on the guest list and have a name badge ready for you at reception.
Again, welcome to BP.
Rick

I've been using ZOHO for years. It's pretty powerful and their support system is very good. I've never used Podio. Just saying I've had a great experience with ZOHO.
