Tell me a time that you DIDN’T use the lowest cost estimate for a job and why. How did you come to this conclusion? How did it go?

@Joanne Hanson what I learned was that I wasn’t going to be a landlord. I was going to be an investor. My PM would be the landlord. I don’t do self-manage. Time is too valuable for that
