I am interested on building my skills on strategic/creative negotiation at he point of visiting a potential seller in diverse situations. If any one can share titles of books that would be focused on real estate closing deals. I like podcast etc. as well. 

Some one mention they learned this part of the business through payed training with the big $50k fee company's out there that will teach you how to flip properties? what the take on this?

Alright perfect the day after my Birthday, I guess Ill have to have a glass of wine with you all ;). Looking forward to seen all of you out there. There is also a Camp meetup this Sat. at 9:30 in Concord if any one is interested we all can car-pull. Reach out if you like to go and if we have to many people we have a Pilot that can sit 8 passengers.

Does any one know any reputable (G.C) general contractors I can use in the Monterey County  CA. area. I will be needing Roofing, Pluming, Electrician, General Contractor, to assist me on some rehab projects coming up. They need to be lic. and Insured for the project. I will appreciate any referrals you all may have.
