Hi @Niki M.,
I got the same invitation for Success Path, and from previous experience, I would not recommend signing up for these classes. In short, these introductory classes are just a way to sell you more 'advanced' class.
I am new to REI too, and the better way to learn, I think, is via networking here and locally.

Hi @Michael Lee
Thank you for the words of encouragement. I am still looking for a realtor, so eventually I would attend my local REIA meetups, hoping to connect with someone there. If you know anyone in my area, please connect us. :)
Forming LLC or corporation has proven to be a challenge. To form such structure correctly, I need to consult/hire a CPA or an attorney. In addition, I heard getting loans would be another challenge with LLC. So, those are two hurdles before I even start looking at any properties....
As a buy and hold investor, do I need a buyer's agent? Technically, I could deal directly with the seller's agent.
Thanks again for your advice.
Do you mind sharing the meet up events info? I am new here in Atlanta and like to network to build up connections.
Thanks

@Bryan O. I like the simplicity of your approach. As a beginner, there are so many things to learn, and maintaining LLC(s) sounds challenging. For starters, do you advice forming LLC at all? If so, to keep things simple, should we use one of those online services?
Thanks.
Hi,
I am a very new here and looking to find an investor/beginner friendly realtor in the Atlanta area.
My investment niche: buy and hold, duplex to fourplex.
I am ready to take actions with the right property(s), and eventually, I would also like to get to know: Real Estate Attorneys, CPAs, Inspectors, and Property Managers.
Could you point me to the right direction?
Thank you.
I am a new investor and new to BP. Hope you don't mind newbie questions.
@Andrew Bauer Thanks for offering your connections. If you don't mind sharing your contacts, I'd really appreciate it. Quick newbie question, should we hold rental properties under LLC?
Thanks
