Thanks You

I have a house in Henderson, NV.  The back sliding door won't lock.  It's very difficulty to open and close the door.  I'm sure there's a way to remove the door to fix the wheels on the bottom of the door but I don't know how.  Does anyone know of anyone who can fix this?  My handyman did not know how.

I'm looking for myself (actually my sister).  We don't have an architect or GC.  It looks like the houses next door are already built.  It's an empty lot.  I have no idea about soil reports.   We don't want vinyl.  Probably more middle to upper quality.  We would like granite and better cabinets.  

There is a lot available so I was just curious would it be worthwhile to build on it instead of fighting others for houses in the area.  How would you suggest starting to research?  If it cost too much, then we won't even pursue this avenue.

If you purchase an empty lot, approximately how much does it cost to build a house per square foot and how long should it take?

Do you have any in South Pasadena?

Can you give me some details about the house so I know it's in my budget?  I'm in NV and my sister is the one looking for a home which we will purchase together.  She lives in S. California.

I'm looking for a single family home in South Pasadena to live in.  We are ok with rehabbing. Any flippers or wholesalers with a project they want to sell?

I am interested in this house.  I don't know if it is still available.
