I agree that it's the slow time of the year.  When signing a lease agreement, you may consider ending the lease during the spring or summer.  I have an empty house right now which I suspect will not be rented until spring time.

You may consider Air BNB but I understand that requires furniture etc.

Yes, I'm not sure if you want to set up an appointment with the manager or if you just want to stop by.  Let me know what is best for you.

My friend just bought a home which she will convert into a group home. She is looking for someone to install a sprinkler system ASAP. Do you know anyone?  She is in Las Vegas.

Thanks. How do you want me to proceed?  Should I give you the manager's number so you can look at it or can you just go?

My mom has an 18 unit apartment building in Whittier, California that needs repiping and a new roof.  Any recommendations?

I did everything wrong in terms of starting a legal entity. Everything is in my name and then I started an LLC but have not transferred everything into the LLC.

I suggest listening to podcast 109. I printed a transcript because it was a bit complicated. The lawyer who spoke seemed really nice. I emailed him and he answered right away. Only problem is he is in Texas but he will work with out of state investors. He talked about an LLC for each property as well as a series LLC.

listen to BP 109.  It's an interview with a lawyer and they have a transcript because it's a bit complicated. I emailed the lawyer and he emailed me right away
